SEMINAR DISCOUNTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Seminar Discount Policy

The Levinson Institute is pleased to offer the following fee reductions to the many organizations that are increasingly using the Levinson seminars as cornerstones of their management-development programs.

Multiple participants at one seminar session

When organizations send multiple participants who attend the same seminar together, each participant's tuition is reduced as follows:

3 people
$300 each participant
4 people
$350 each participant
5 people
$400 each participant

To ensure the proper total discount is given to the organization, the first two people to enroll and pay for the same program will pay full tuition, the third will be discounted $900 (i.e., $300 for each), the fourth will be discounted $500 (i.e., $350 for each), and the fifth $600 (i.e., $400 for each).

Multiple participants over a 12-month period

Organizations may receive discounts for multiple participants over a 12-month period (e.g., September 2011 through June 2012) by prepaying at the beginning of that period for a specified number of places. The discounts for prepaid enrollments are as follows:

5-9 people
$450 each participant
10-14 people
$500 each participant
15-19 people
$550 each participant
20+ people
$600 each participant

Unused prepaid tuition at the end of the 12-month period will be forfeited. However, during the following year, each participant from that organization will receive a $400 discount off the full tuition (up to 25% of the forfeited tuition).

For organizations that send more than four participants during the year, but do not prepay, the first four will pay full tuition and all subsequent participants during the 12-month period will each receive a $350 discount.

Alumni

Alumni of any of the open-enrollment seminars will receive a $400 reduction in fee for the second five-day open-enrollment seminar they attend. (For example, alumni of On Leadership who attend Strategic Organization receive an automatic $400 discount.)

If you are eligible for more than one of the above discounts, the larger discount will apply. Also, for discounts to apply, payments must be made by check or money transfer—NOT by credit card. We reserve the right to change the fee-reduction schedule at any time.

Cancellation Policy

The Institute requires a $2,500 deposit to accompany all registrations for open-enrollment seminars. Because of the personalized nature of the seminar materials, The Levinson Institute incurs substantial administrative costs related to seminar registrations. Therefore, the following cancellation fees apply for cancellations and transfers (i.e., rescheduling for a later seminar).

Transfers

Transfer requests must indicate the new date and/or new seminar the participant wishes to attend. 100% of the full tuition is non-refundable if:

  • The participant does not attend another Levinson seminar within one year of the original seminar start date.

  • The participant transfers more than two times.
