Levinson Institute consultants work with you and other key organizational representatives in advance of the session to gather pertinent data and discuss specific objectives.  This allows Levinson consultants to gain a better understanding of your current issues, strategies, and company culture.

Applying the information we gather, we design a seminar program that meets your organization's objectives.  We also work with you to identify company-specific activities that will be most productive and relevant for your group.  The seminar will integrate lectures, small-group discussions, activities, case studies, and video presentations.

After the training, we meet to examine how well the objectives were met and to discuss appropriate follow-up.  The Institute has also developed innovative train-the-trainer programs for clients who seek to embed the seminar's knowledge and practices into their culture and to build a group of internal experts to continue the process going forward.
